Coach Zimmerman has been the Head Coach at Paramount Gymnastics since July of 2010. He began gymnastics at the age of 14 at Bucks Gymnastics 2 in Fallsington Pennsylvania, but was not a competitive gymnast. At age 16, he began to help coach recreational classes and competitive levels 2 and 4. A few years later, he decided that this was the career path he was going to follow, and moved to Ricochets Gymnastics to learn from one of the top coaches in the country. During his 13 years of coaching at Ricochets, he helped produce numerous State, Regional, and National Champions from Levels 5-10. He also helped several athletes to earn full college scholarships through gymnastics. After 13 years as an assistant coach, it was time to run a program of his own, and that is what brought him to Paramount. Chris’ goal is to make Paramount into one of the best gymnastics programs in Pennsylvania, and eventually the USA!
